The Sacred Rose blesses the hearts of all with its potent healing.

The rose is limitless in its quality. A heart opening essence that washes away pain,trauma and suffering when you surrender and are open to receive it’s healing.

Today is about expanding your heart even more and forgiving yourself and others.

When we forgive we create space for miracles. Today’s practice will be focused on whatever you are working on personally to heal, forgive and let go of.

I invite you to sit in stillness and bring into focus What has been heavy on your heart.

Set the intention to heal and let go and begin the practice below.

Today’s Practice:

Close your eyes and visualize either pink or red roses in your heart. Breathe deeply 6x Exhaling the Audible sound AHH on the out breath.

With every breath receive the rose blessings. Visualize the rose in every cell of your being!

Repeat the affirmations in image below at least 3x And so it is......

The energies intensify as we collectively are called to Let Go and heal.
